Why is Crochet More than Just a Hobby to You?
It keeps me busy, nimble fingered and happy. I now live in Independent living quarters after losing my husband of 67 years last Feb. I have been crocheting toys for the local county Women’s and Children’s Shelter for the past 5 years. I donate about 100 toys per year or thereabouts. It’s very satisfying and keeps me too busy to worry about anything.
