We finally made it everyone! The Evening Chill Poncho is READY! It took a while, but I think you will appreciate all the effort that went into providing you with a well-written pattern. I’m really excited to announce that stitch diagrams are included for both the right and left-handed person! If you are visual, the diagrams may really help you to “see” this pattern as sometimes written directions can look overwhelming! I know we will have a great time with the Crochet-Along. Oh….my….gosh….. I’m finally writing up the poncho supply list! I hope you are just as excited as I am to finally see things coming together! I just sent the pattern over to my technical editor and hoping to get it ready for release by next week! Remember….this will be a paid pattern! If you are interested in learning how you can get it for free, you must be a member of the ELK Studio Crocheter’s Facebook Group.… I know someone in the group will help you!

Here’s what you need to get prepared!

Supplies:
1. Lion Brand Heartland Yarn, #4, 142 g/251 yards, Mount Rainier (4 skeins), Great Smokey Mountains (2 skeins) Approximately 1075-1200 yards (Craftsy has the yarn on sale for $4.20)
2. Hook – J/6.0
3. Tapestry Needle for weaving in the ends

I’ve also crocheted the poncho using the Mount Rainier and Black in Lion Brand Heartland…oo la la! It looks fabulous.

I need your help! I know I asked the ELK Studio Crocheter’s Facebook group what they would name the pattern, but the post is gone. <insert sad face>. I would love to hear your suggestions again!

We will also be doing a CAL of the poncho upon its release! Woo Hoo! More details to follow…..
