It’s time for another Christmas Present Crochet-Along! I know many of you had suggested a washcloth as one of our “quick” gifts and this one is perfect! You may decide it looks to pretty to use as a washcloth but even using it in the kitchen as a decoration is a great idea! My good friend Mistie, from American Crochet designed Project #3 so let’s give her a big THANKS! I’ve decided that I’m going to use Cascade Luna for my washcloth and can’t wait to see how it turns out! I’m sure before it’s over, we’ll see lots of different yarns and colors used! Be sure to add them to the link below! You can check out Project 1 and Project 2 if you’d like to see what we’ve been up to lately!
If you haven’t joined our ELK Studio Crocheter’s Facebook group, now would be the perfect time! Everyone is always so helpful with any crochet related question about any of the CAL projects or any other project for that matter!
Don’t forget to Favorite or Queue in Ravelry!
Christmas in the summer gets the crafter thinking about the holiday season and all the special gifts they are in need of making. This washcloth uses4 colors of Red Heart Cream de la Cream cotton and a H Brittany hook. The poinsettia is crocheted along with the square then joined together to form a beautiful, nice size washcloth. It is very soft and durable to use, although it could be placed on the counter for decoration (ya know..if you think it’s too pretty to use!)
It’s another great project for our Christmas Present Crochet-Along don’t you think? I would like to extend a warm welcome and thanks to American Crochet for designing this pattern for our Christmas Present Crochet-Along! Don’t forget to check out her blog and see all the other wonderful designs just waiting for you!
