Exciting times around ELK Studio! I hope you are ready to get your next “bucket list” crochet project out of the way! Sometimes seeing the pattern as a whole can be overwhelming. Let’s break this pattern down into segments….crocheting a set amount of rows each week. Hopefully that will help keep you on task and actually give you the motivation to finish. Although, if you join the ELK Studio Crocheter’s Facebook group, you’ll see so much inspiration of all the other projects not to mention the support and get finished!
I am going to brag for a second and say that my group is nothing short of spectacular! Since we’ve started the Christmas Present Crochet-Along, the help and support you’ll receive is incredible! If you are nervous about starting a project like a shawl, don’t be. There are plenty of people in there to help guide you if you get stuck. Plus, the Wrapped in Warmth shawl consists of single and double crochet stitches, so it’s perfect for the beginner!
Okay, so let’s get on with the schedule.
Wrapped in Warmth Pattern Schedule
- Week 1: Rows 1-11 (Starting July 25th)
- Week 2: Rows 12-19
- Week 3: Rows 20-27
- Week 4: Rows 28-36
- Week 5: Edging (Ending August 29th)
Of course, you can always get ahead if you want, but I think it will be easier for some people to look at the pattern this way and actually feel like it doable.
