There is nothing like coming in the house from a long day at work to see a box sitting in “my spot” on the sofa. It just brings a smile to my face especially when it’s from Red Heart! I quickly opened it up to see the wonderful goodies. There were two skeins of yarn (which I’ve never used before), a nifty bag with all kinds of pockets and a cute little device to keep track of my row count. It will even go around my finger if I want it too! I will definitely use it but think many others could too. I see pictures posted in groups often with the question, “Can you tell me how many rows I have?”
Did you see the announcement a few weeks ago about the Christmas Present Crochet-A-Long coming up in July! I’ll definitely be giving more details later this month, but I feel these two skeins of yarn would be perfect for the CAL because they use a large hook! I’m thinking one skein cowls/scarves….what do you think?

What a nice surprise to come home & find a gift box from Red Heart! Both new Boutique yarns looks really lovely. I’d probably crochet a hat in the multi-colored Twilight yarn & accent it with stripes and/or trim in the solid-colored Infinity yarn [although the Twilight looks like it could be a #6 super bulky and the Infinity a #5 bulky]. If that’s the case, I’d maybe have to rethink adding stripes/trim in the Infinity yarn. Have fun and can’t wait to see what you make with your new stash!! 🙂
