“Making it thru Monday” was great last week. We had scarves, hats, blankets, dolls, etc. for everyone to see and gain some inspiration.
Our most viewed submission comes from Josee. The hat is a gorgeous design of her own, and I’m in love with the shimmer of the yarn (Caron Simply Soft) and her precise stitching to make this beauty. Josee is working on the pattern and will be releasing it soon and guess what? ELK Studio friends and fans will have first dibs on this wonderful free pattern! YAY! So……if you haven’t become a friend or fan, I’ve just given you another great reason to stay tuned to my Facebook page or the blog right?
Our next top viewed project came from Stephanie! She is so glad to finally be finished with her blanket but look how wonderful it turned out!!! I love the color choice and layout don’t you? Finishing off a blanket is an achievement to any crocheter because of the time and patience it takes to complete. I commend Stephanie on a job well done!
I want to show off another project that I think deserves some attention. Kristen from “Kreative Studios” showed us her WIP which consisted of two knit scarves. She planned on making hats also to match the scarves. Well, she completed her projects and sent me a photo. I absolutely love the vibrant colors of the hats and scarves and thought you might too.
