I have question on mystic beanie. When you decrease you only show to 48 stitches. Do you not continue to decrease to 12 like most hats would start at crown? Seems with that many rows it would be too large. Thanks for your help.

Thank you so very much for the slouchy hat pattern, It is perfect for my daughter in law who is undergoing chemo. She needs a more stylish look than the beanies because she is a CPA and deals with clients in the music industry.
