Another incredible month with ELK Studio – From the Heart! It was such a pleasure to sponsor MD Anderson Children’s Hospital. Mistie from American Crochet was the organizer of the event, and I’m very grateful for all her hard work! I say it every month, but I’m truly honored to call you all my crochet friends. You’ve made a difference in my life and more importantly in the lives of the recipients of our projects!
We had a total of 29 hats sent to MD Anderson this month and as you can see, they are absolutely beautiful!

While I can understand your disappointment, I wanted to tell you a little about this particular promotion and others I’ve had in the past. I announced in my ELK Studio Crocheters Facebook group one hour before announcing to the public that I would be releasing the pattern for free using a code. I officially announced at 8:00 pm on April 8th on my Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Google Plus. I also sent out a newsletter around 8:30 am on April 9th announcing the pattern was free using the code. I have actually released a paid pattern in January, February, March and this month with the same type of promotion. Come join all the other ELK Studio fans so that you’ll be advised in the future and take full advantage likes everyone else! Have a great day! 🙂
