Oh wow! It’s finally here! I’ve loved every minute about designing The Charleston shawl. I couldn’t sleep one night and just started playing around with yarn and a design started taking shape. I knew I didn’t have the right yarn, so I pulled out the Lotus Yarn by Vashti. I knew it was perfect! I hope you’ll fall in love with the pattern like I did. The Lotus yarn is a Z-twisted yarn made of 52% cotton and 48% rayon… The openness of the stitch work within the pattern really allowed the yarn to “do its job” with the drape. The feel of the yarn is amazing with such a shimmer that I just can’t capture in its truest form on camera!
