Yay! Week 4 is here with the Southern Diamonds Poncho Stitch Diagram. This week includes Rounds 27-36. If you didn’t know it….the fans have spoken and want additional rounds to the poncho so that means you’ll need to come back next week for an additional diagram. I hope the diagrams will continue to help you. If you aren’t good at reading patterns but love diagrams….take this opportunity to learn or even vice versa! Read the pattern slowly then correlate it with the diagram. The more you practice at reading patterns and diagrams…the better you’ll get! Have fun today crocheting!

Is this the last week of the CAL? I thought I read on one of your posts that there is a finishing stitch around the neck.
Kathy Lashley says
We will actually have one more week because people requested it. For the edging on the top, you can join and just do a round of single crochet stitches. I’ll add it to next week for sure though.
Candace L Perry says
Thanks Kathy. My neckline is a little big so I thought I could do a little decreasing, but very little because I am almost out of yarn. Thank you so much for the pattern, I have gotten compliments on the style and it isn’t even off the hook yet.
