When I made the “Just to be Cute” slouchy beanie, I already had in mind a matching scarf. I loved using the Cascade ultra pima cotton and had a little of the skein left over from the hat with another full skein. Yep, I used it ALL! There isn’t any scrap yarn left over from these two projects!

Really isn’t important for this project because you can make the scarf as wide and long as you wish.

Repeat rows 2-6 for pattern and until you reach your desired length.
Options for an Infinity scarf:
You can make the scarf an infinity scarf by leaving a long tail and using the whip stitch to sew the two ends together.
Edging:
I just added two simple rounds of sc edging around the scarf.
Round 1 and 2: Sc evenly down the side, 3 sc in the corner, sc evenly across, 3 sc in next corner, sc evenly down the side, 3 sc in the corner, sc evenly across, sl st to first sc.

Approximately hour many times did you repeat rows 2-6?
Kathy Lashley says
Hi Rene,
I don’t have the project to measure anymore, but it was enough to come down around the chest area when joined. Hope this helps.
