How can you love one project more than the other? It’s getting really tough because I’m in love with this shawl. It’s my first “lacy” type of project, and it turned out just how I had in my mind. If you know how to use the single crochet and double crochet stitches…..you can make this shawl! The only thing you need is a little time!

I made this as a prayer shawl. The recipient’s sister requested one from our ministry, so when it was presented to her, she was thought this pattern was so lovely and represented her sister’s lively spirit. Thank you!
Kathy,
What a lovely shawl! I missed the FREE code b/c your newsletter was in my spam. But I was hoping that there might be a discount code available soon, perhaps? Please!!??!! 🙂 Thank you,

This is so beautiful! I’m a bit of a beginner and need to ask…what does “multiples of 12 plus 3” mean at the beginning of the pattern. Thanks for sharing!
Chain any number that is a multiple of 12. Then add three more chains and start your second row

Here’s the link for the Cascade Pima Fine, if that helps. Hope you don’t mind helping me with the color. Thank you!
It’s Wood Violet.
Thanks so much — quite a difference on my monitor. Never would’ve guessed! I’m gonna give the shawl a shot! 🙂
I know! I also took the pics outside too. Working on an inside photo studio in the future! But it’s still very beautiful! I think you’ll love it.
Hi Kathy — LOVE the color of this shawl. I’m at Jimmy Bean’s Wool looking for the Violet, and can’t find an exact match. Can you help? I’m sure it’s just the color of my monitor. Which did you you use? Thanks!
It may be the monitor because it looks different on my desktop, laptop and tablet. The #is 3709. I would love to shop with you! I don’t have that store anywhere around me!
Oh no — I’m on my computer…I’ll have to order it. 😉 But yeah — that would be fun! And dangerous! LOL!
Looks like it’s in Reno, NV. Good move. That’s where I’d put a yarn store, too! Hahahaha!!! Casino — win money — yarn store! Wheeeee!
Oh that would be nice. My brother lives in Reno……hmmmm.
Ha ha ha
So, do you you think the color is a bit lighter? It really looks lavender on the JBW website. I like the look of it on your site here, which is more violet to me.
It says violet on the label but yes it’s a bit lighter than a true dark violet.
Look at Regal. It’s pretty. I bought some of it thinking that I would do the edging with it but just decided to keep it one color.
Perfect! Thank you! 🙂
The code expired last night at 10:00 pm CST.

Yes, sharing the link means copy and paste the url that is in your search bar at the very top. That will link them to this exact page so that she gets more views on her blog and then also they can get the coupon code.
This is stunning! Thank you.
Lovely . Thanks <3
Amazing , Love it thanks so much so talented
Absolutely beautiful! Thank you!
It is Beautiful Kathy!! Thank you!!
Thanks for the pattern its very pretty .. I only have one question .. is this a one size fits all ?
Well in a way it is…..It is in multiples of 12 plus 3, so while I did 300+3 stitches, you could always make it longer if you wanted by increasing the stitches.
Kathy
